  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays


2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • The average delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:

    • Customs inspections

    • Carrier delays

    • Peak seasons or public holidays

    • International transportation disruptions

We do not guarantee delivery dates.


3. Shipping Method & Product Origin

  • All orders are shipped directly from our third-party suppliers

  • Suppliers may be located outside of Canada, including China

  • As a result, shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, which are the responsibility of the customer


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Fees are based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped


5. Tracking Information

  • Tracking information is provided once the order has been shipped

  • Please allow tracking details up to 24–72 hours to become active

  • Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may not update in real time


6. Delivery Responsibility & Address Accuracy

  • If tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer

  • Amanda & Daniel Toronto is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once delivery is confirmed

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order


7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer:

  • The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs

  • Refunds will not include original shipping fees
