Amanda & Daniel Toronto is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized advice, create an outstanding shopping experience, and represent our brand with professionalism and flair.

Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, your duties will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing personalized fashion and styling advice

  • Assisting customers in selecting the right sizes, fits, and styles to ensure complete satisfaction

  • Maintaining store presentation, ensuring all clothing and accessories are displayed attractively

  • Supporting daily store operations, including restocking, merchandising, and cash register management

  • Handling customer inquiries both in-store and online, providing outstanding service at all times

  • Promoting new arrivals, sales, and brand initiatives to enhance customer experience

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have experience in retail, preferably in the fashion or luxury fashion industry

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, friendliness, and a helpful attitude

  • Possess a passion for fashion, with a strong sense of style and trends

  • Can provide tailored advice to help customers create their ideal wardrobe
