Return & Refund Policy

At Amanda & Daniel Toronto, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions, process, and responsibilities related to returning an item.

Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return request.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only after you have physically received your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, labels, and tags

  • Trying on items is allowed; wearing items beyond fitting is not permitted

  • Products ordered intentionally in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part or all of the order are not eligible for return


2. Return Costs & Responsibility

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees, customs charges, duties, and taxes

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable

Because we operate as a dropshipping business, returns are sent directly to our supplier rather than to a local warehouse.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@amandadanieltoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which may be located outside of Canada (including China)

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense to the provided return address

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking (Track & Trace)

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

Once your return has been received at the return address and inspected by our supplier:

  • The product condition will be reviewed

  • If approved, the purchase price of the returned item will be refunded

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Any additional costs incurred during shipping or customs clearance are not refundable


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item or size, you must place a new order after your return has been approved.


6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Amanda & Daniel Toronto is not liable for lost or undeliverable packages

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order

If tracking information confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.
